The photos flatter this a bit, its a much older hotel that has been remodeled. We areived just before check in and our room wasnt ready so we went to the bar for a drink but had to ask for bar aervice as there was no one around........20 mins after check in our room still wasn't ready which the staff seemed very laid back about. I pointed out that we needed to change and go out to get somewhere else beforw it closer so eventually they upgraded our room. It wasn't really a major issue but just annoying especiallyas they didnt seem concerned!, i dont think thats ever happened to me before.

Overall, place is nice, big room with an awesome view. Food at the bar was absolutely terrible, it's a shame, because service was actually quite good.

It’s ok
The hotel is far from the city centre but if you have a car, it’s only a few minutes away. The hotel is huge, and in very good conditions. Breakfast was very good and complete. We had a family room, which was perfect for a family (we are 4 adults, and it was very comfortable for us) But what we didn’t like was that we stayed for 2 nights, and on our second day when we came back to the hotel at night we realized they hadn’t cleaned our room. We called reception and they told us they didn’t make our room because we didn’t put up the sign in the door that says “make my room”. We thought this was ridiculous! We’ve stayed in so many hotels and we’ve never heard something like this. This was very disappointing.
