One of the rooms we got was not cleaned before giving it to us. The sheets and the towels were stained and the air conditioner was very noisy. The staff did not wanted to change our room, they made us have a really hard time.

I booked a double single bed and they put me in a bedroom just beside the kitchen area with two beds. The air conditioner was noisy and water from taps was leaking. Next day I changed the room to 9th floor with very poor internet connection and another noisy air conditioner… I kept this room anyways.

Hotel simples mais muito gostoso. Café muito bom. A única coisa que é ruim são que os quartos acima do 5 andar ficam de frente para um centro de umbanda. Todas as segundas e quintas o batuque e cantorias é muito alto e parece entrar dentro do quarto. O som vai até as 23h. Se vc estiver cansado, sugiro não se hospedar no hotel nestes dias.

Hotel antigo, o quarto não comporto 4 pessoas, foi feita uma adaptação. Já me hospedei nesse hotel em um quarto para 2 pessoas e foi muito bom, mas para 4 pessoas deixou muito a desejar. Toalhas e roupas de cama antigas, necessitando de substituições. Café da manhã simples, pouca variedade. Quarto antigo, porém limpo. Único ponto positivo foi a ducha do banheiro,muito boa.

Todo o lado em que está o quarto 220 é barulhento, sem janelas anti-ruido. Passei uma noite péssima, sem realmente conseguir dormir. A rua da localização do hotel, Rua do Rezende, é aparentemente tranquila, mas o hotel dá de costas para a Rua Men de Sá que é onde está todo o fervo da Lapa. Quem fica naquela parte, não terá como descansar nem ter noite tranquila. Em vez de dias noites, fiquei apenas uma e mudei de hotel.

Infelizmente, nossa experiência neste hotel ficou abaixo das expectativas. Logo ao chegar, constatamos que a porta do banheiro não funcionava adequadamente e o banheiro do quarto apresentava problemas de limpeza. Solicitamos a troca de apartamento, porém o novo quarto possuía um aparelho de ar-condicionado extremamente barulhento, comprometendo o conforto da estadia. Diante disso, retornamos ao quarto anterior e tivemos que solicitar uma nova limpeza. Além disso, o hotel demonstra sinais evidentes de desgaste e necessita de modernização e melhor manutenção. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar, com poucas opções e qualidade abaixo do esperado. Outro ponto que causou estranheza foi a divergência entre o nome apresentado no site de reserva e o nome exibido no local, o que pode gerar confusão para os hóspedes. O principal ponto positivo é a localização, que é muito boa e conveniente. No entanto, isso não foi suficiente para compensar os demais problemas encontrados. Com melhorias na manutenção, limpeza e estrutura, a experiência certamente poderia ser muito melhor.

Sou magro e tive dificuldade em utilizar o box do banheito e imagino a dificuldade para um obeso. O Café da manha vai até as 10hs, mas as 09hs poucos itens disponiveis.
