food was good, not great. service and employees were great and had helpful attitudes. excellent fitness center. had problem with noise in my room that could not be fixed so i couldn't sleep my first night. was compensated for room cost but the lack of sleep was not a good trade. took 2 days to recover. doubt i will be back.

A very good resort if you like all inclusive place
The property is good and as advertised. There are no ocean view rooms given the layout of the land. Service is very good though in the restaurants is not exceptional. Often the drinks wouldn’t arrive till half way through the meal. Service was excellent outside of the restaurants. You also need to reserve restaurants in advance and when we checked in, neither of the two we wanted were available for any of the nights we were there. . Food is good but not exceptional Though I guess that’s what you get in an all inclusive (which is probably not for me in hindsight - I would rather pay more but pick better restaurants). If you like all inclusive it’s probably as good as it gets but I wouldn’t go back. Staff is very helpful and I would rate the place a 7/10 stand-alone and maybe 9/10 in an all inclusive category.

My husband and I stayed at the Westin Reserva Conchal for our honeymoon and had a great time. Our suite was in the Royal Beach Club and having the extra amenities was awesome, especially the pool for RBC guests only. We went to each restaurant on the property at least once and all of the food was excellent. Our only slight complaint is that there isn’t much to do at night aside from the Imperial Bar, but that didn’t negatively impact our stay. Special shout-out to Jeffrey, Esteven, Luis, and Francesca for making our stay memorable. All of the staff is so accommodating and friendly. Thanks for a great trip!

We booked 3 rooms for a family trip with young children-we were put in separate rooms in different buildings. We were eventually moved together but had to spend an entire day waiting for this to happen. It has a great pool and beach access but no facility for a dryer. With rain all the time it was very inconvenient. Food was pretty good with great options. Staff were helpful and great.
