The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. It was disappointing to have a bagged breakfast with fruit and muffins and the like when we were looking forward to a hot breakfast. Perhaps noting that on your booking site would be beneficial.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Issues with TV, King size bed was more Queen size in the King Studio. Breakfast was an apple, juice, muffin, and yogurt.

Due to a sudden travel restriction order of Manitoba in the evening before my trip, i could not take my trip any more. Trying to phone the hotel to cancel it, got the advise that it was ok to cancel before midnight but they just didn't take it, request me to ask the booking web to tell them to do so. It is covid time and the third party booking support was terribly busy, put all of my patience in the hold for more than 1.5 hours with nothing. Tried a call back in the wait of 1-2 hours, not remembered, as it was midnight. Got a callback at 1 am, on the wait again until reach an agent, but his voice was breaking and lost. Requested another call back. Took another hour or so. Got through, after a long hold again, luckily got the agent and she connected to the hotel while it took more than half an hour to be on the hold again while she was connecting to the hotel (probably she was on the hold as well to the hotel). And what i got was, this need to go the the manager who would be in tomorrow morning! But she decided to send an email to request the cancellation. Was tired with all those calls and hold and wait, but decided to make it through. The next morning was that similar, but took hours to connect to the hotel, which was only success on the 2nd try (meaning another hour), and the information received was that, they didn't knoe about the cancellation policy, call back in 10 minutes. It was not 10 minutes, it was my night from 9pm to 3am, and 9am to 12pm, still got no response!
