They lack of some basic stuff such as shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, the safe does not work, breakfast is very average. I saw some cockroaches in the property. The staff is nice but the place could use some improvements.

The room was old and musty, curtains need to be cleaned, towels and sheets are in poor condition, room safe doesn't work and they say they're phasing them out which goes against the listing on hotels.com. Employees are generally rude, except for the bellhop. Breakfast was OK, which matches the hotel name. This hotel could be better than OK if they cleaned the place. Hotel room doesn't provide shampoo nor conditioner.

The hotel is very beautiful it has a nice and friendly staff who is ready to help you no matter what is the circumstances. It is located at near subway and famous spots in Rio de Janeiro. The breakfast is excellent full of tropical grits, juices and Brazilian reads and cakes. When I back I will staying there for sure!!!
