Location is not in a nice neighborhood. Could not even take a shower as the shower area was not draining and causing pooling of water. Reported the incident but no subsequent action taken by attending staff at night. Hotel conditions needed a fix. Overall, I definitely cannot recommend this facility nor would I try the facility.

The hotel did not meet our expectations, it does not match the price or the reviews. We got a room without a real window (the window faced the hallway) so there is no oxygen inside. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, which could not be ventilated. The wall near the air conditioning was wet and with black mold. The air conditioning also smelled. It was very unpleasant. The bed was worn, the mattress had a depression in the middle.The breakfast was only basic, the ingredients did not seem to be of good quality. So far the worst hotel I have been to, I would not return.

Foi muito boa a estadia, café da manhã muito farto, atendimento dos funcionários muito bom também. Porém pedimos de refeição no quarto 1 jantar kids a batata veio fria, parece que nem tinha sido frita naquele momento e sim so requentada, arroz duro, também com aspecto de só esquentado, a carne bem ruim também sem gosto algum. Meu esposo pediu 1 lanche, hambúrguer péssimo ele nem conseguiu comer. Aconteceu também de ouvirmos uma gritaria do no corredor do nosso andar, achei ate que era alguma briga, derrepente um funcionário abril nossa porta sem ao menos bater, gritando se havia fogo dentro do quarto, sem ao menos explicar saiu correndo com outros funcionários. Eu perguntei se estava pegando fogo e ele disseram q estava resolvendo que eu poderia ficar calma. Como eu ficaria calma depois disso? Estávamos no 11° andar. Minha filha ficou com muito medo, e nos também então resolvemos desser e sair do hotel. Na recepção eles nem souberam nos explicar nada. Enfim, tirando esses fatos desagradáveis o restante foi bom.
