The only reason not a 5 star stay is the room wasn’t immaculate and the bed sheet was stained. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here though. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. However, the main issue with the hotel is the centralised air conditioning system meaning the entire building is kept at 21 degrees. This meant the room was a little too hot for sleeping and it would have been beneficial to have control of the temperature. Apart from that, no complaints and would highly recommend the hotel for anyone staying in Innsbruck. The bus stop beside the hotel is extremely handy for a bus into the centre which runs regularly.

The beds were very comfortable. They were by far the most comfortable beds we had in our 2 week trip throughout Europe. It was clean, quiet and in a great location. There are a lot of places to eat and shop at within walking distance. The breakfast was fantastic. They had a lot of options. It’s a great place to stay.

We arrived early but the receptionist did an excellent job in making us welcome and helping us to find our way around the city. The breakfast was good, with no complaints. The room was not so good the air conditioning was taped off and the only option was on at the preset temperature or off. It wasn’t even possible to quieten the fan at night so you have to live with the noise or turn it off and open the window. The sink plug was also broken and it was quite obvious that it was, it seems ridiculous that it hadn’t been repaired.

Personally, I want to focus on the wonderful architectural design of the hotel. Regarding the room and its equipment, I think it was good with a top-notch bed and it was generally clean. I stayed on the 1st floor on 118. Now regarding its equipment for free hours, it has a well-designed lobby and bar. However, the prices are expensive. The same goes for the restaurant. The gym is small and only has three machines. However, the breakfast area is magical since it has a beautiful view. The breakfast was very good and always fresh. The parking is convenient but the cost is expensive since it is 20 euros per day. At the reception, I faced a momentary issue of dispute regarding the cost of breakfast. He told me that he did not see in his instructions that my reservation included breakfast. So I wasted a lot of time trying to prove to him that I was right. The most basic problem I encountered and this is the reason for my low rating is that below my room and I imagine in all the rooms on the first floor from 06.30 in the morning there were trucks parked to supply the hotel. The noise was tragic!!

Unfortunately we had no shower gel and the hot water was Luke warm in the shower on the first morning. Once we spoke to reception this was rectified. The only thing we were disappointed with was our rooms weren’t cleaned with beds made for the time we stayed. The sofa bed in the first room was cleaned with the bed made however the main bedroom and bathroom was left. The location was great and walking distance to the train station and many restaurants.
