Experiência maravilhosa nesse resort que superou as minhas expectativas. Quero elogiar o atendimento para os seguintes colaboradores: Josué Aparecido responsável pelo checkin, Fábio Soares e Sr. Antônio que atendiam no restaurante principal onde era servido o café da manhã e almoço. Foram muito prestativos em todos os detalhes. Não tenho que reclamar em nada desse resort. Alimentação de primeira qualidade em todos os locais que serviam alimentação. Bebidas alcoólicas todas Premium. Podem ir sem medo que vale o preço pago.

A resort with a taste of what Bahia has to offer
Sauipe Premium Brisa offered all the comforts and services of an all-inclusive resort with the friendliness and flavour of the ‘Bahiano’. The hotel was not very good communicating with me prior to my arrival as they did not answer my emails or attempts to contact them via telephone (only their central reservations numbers were available on their website) but members of the staff were quick to help me with my requests upon our arrival.

Muito bom, mas pode melhorar
Instalações boas, novas, piscina legal, pé na areia (embora a praia em frente não seja muito legal para o banho de mar). Bebidas a vontade, de boa qualidade. Comida poderia ser melhor, já que o hotel se intitula "premium". Refeições no esquema de buffet, servindo a vontade comida básica, mas não tinha nada mais elaborado ou sofisticado. Há 3 restaurantes melhores, mas só ganha os 3 jantares quem se hospeda 7 noites. No site oficial do hotel fala, na descriçao do Restaurante La Villa "Mesmo que você não esteja hospedado durante 7 dias em um dos nossos pacotes All Inclusive, há a possibilidade de reservar um jantar no restaurante." Como fiquei 4 dias, cheguei lá e pedi o meu jantar neste local, o atendente disse que eu não tinha direito. Mostrei o site e reclamei, eles olharam com a supervisora e 2 dias depois consegui o direito ao jantar. Valeu a pena para sair do esquema buffet, para quem vai pagar, couvert + entrada + principal + sobremesa fica em torno de 140 reais por pessoa, fora as bebidas. Outra coisa que pode melhorar é a playlist da piscina, é a mesma todos os dias e 90% das musicas são da Ivete Sangalo. Em 4 dias eu ja estava decorando a ordem.

Terribly disappointed!!
It is not an all inclusive!!! At least not one to spend as much as they charge!! The food was the most disappointing thing I had to ever deal with! I've stayed in quite a few all inclusive properties and this one was just shoking!! I took my goddaughter and her mom to spend the festivities of Saint Jones - which usually has the most delicious delicacies of Brazilian cuisine and we basically couldn't eat what they offered... We had to bring our own alcohol because whatever they offered there except for the beer was just horrible or extremely cheep... the bedroom and staff were the best thing at this place... everyone was gentle and ready to help at all times!! It's just not worth all of he money and a extremely long drive to basically be stuck on Sauípe! As a baiana I was always curious and dreamed to spend a vacation there... well not at this cost and for what I got for sure!!
