Much less than expected.
We expected much more for the price. We stayed in another hotel in Munich and others in Central Europe for the same price with much more comfort and room extras. Also no thermostat in room to control cold temperatures. Not recommended.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room honestly was mediocre at best, bathroom was extremely tiny. We had one of the bigger rooms to put it in perspective. The breakfast was included but we choose to eat around the hotel because the food was much better.

Modern and comfortable property with a classy atmosphere. Complementary mini bar was a nice touch. Great place to stay in the heart of old town and right next to the marketplace. Within walking distance of all the beautiful gothic cathedrals and the traditional Munich beer houses. Staff go above and beyond and are very nice.

Excellent place to stay. It was pricey given that it was Oktoberfest, but the location in Marienplatz was super convenient to get anywhere. Our room had a view of the market. It's close to pretty much anything you would want - food, shopping, the trains etc. The staff is helpful with any questions.
The shower in the room was amazing, they have cool electronic control boards for the lights. The room is a decent size with nicely set up space to hold your stuff.

while I believe I paid too much for the actual quality of the property, the fact is that it was... Oktoberfest - hence understandable. The hotel is simple, but the staff exceptionally nice and helpful and the location unbeatable. The breakfast is horrendously overpriced, I recommend just stepping outside to Viktualien market or the local bakeries and getting the same things for half the price. Surprise! they have free German bier for the guests upon arrival - a never seen in my book!
