    I was extremely disappointed in my stay here. Everything was broken. The shower door fell on me and I still have a huge bruise where it hit me

    Nice hotel bad safety practices witnessed.
    I won’t criticize the breakfast due to Covid. What I will criticize is the lack of people wearing masks. Though the sign on the front door says a mask policy is in force, the guests coming on and off the elevators and at the checkout desk were Unmasked and no one called them on it. The worst thing was the staff were unmasked. There were two men behind the desk, both unmasked and a female at our check in unmasked. The housekeeping supervisor we passed in the hall was unmasked. The only staff who we saw wearing a mask was our housekeeper and the lady preparing breakfast. It’s scary enough to be traveling during this pandemic but for Hampton Inn staff to be ignoring and not enforcing the health and safety rules put in place for their guest’s safety is unforgivable. Management should be aware and act accordingly.

    Hampton Inn & Suites - Be Part of the Solution
    I was very disappointed to see that the front desk was not wearing a facial covering during the surging COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, the 2 housekeeping staff I saw were also not wearing facial coverings. I would expect that Hampton Inn & Suites could mandate this public health preventive measure among its staff for the safety and health of all concerned. This demonstrated lack of concern for public health forces me to choose other properties when I make future lodging plans.

    The room we reserved was a suite. After checking in we were informed they were sold out of suites. Then the room was not clean it had old papertowels and food in the microwave. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and the cabinet was dirty. This will be our last stay here.

    Convenient, staff was very friendly and we extended our stay one night because we really liked the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was sufficient and it was in a nice area.

    Check in was good with friendly staff. Very tired after a 10 hour drive, was looking forward to good night’s sleep. That sleep was interrupted at 2:30 am when a family checked into the room above us and allowed their child / children to jump on the floor and run up and down the hall. Lasted around 1/2 hour, took another hour to get back to sleep. Ruined the stay. Reported it to front desk upon check out with the hopes that something might be said but sincerely doubt it.
