The hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This was my first stay at this hotel. I appreciated that only 2 people on the elevator at a time. Very respectful of safe distancing. Close to many restaurants and shopping. I will consider staying at this hotel when I am in Columbus again.

Awesome stay
We had a wonderful experience. Check in was easy. Our room was awesome & very clean! Breakfast was really good with plenty of options. We will definitely stay here again.

What a terrible trip. The to go breakfast is gross. The fresh fruit was rotten. They gave me a black banana, totally disgusting. Check in was absolutely horrible. The people next door to my room were having a huge party in their room for 2 nights straight while watching football games when people are suppose to be social distancing. The people next door to my room were screaming cuss words, slamming doors, and jumping up and down on the floor so hard that the floor was shaking in my room. If you're looking for a hotel with a quiet peaceful stay then this is not the hotel for you. People were walking around the 2nd floor without wearing mask when it's suppose to be mandatory mask wearing. The employees didn't care and weren't enforcing any of the cdc guidelines. The room was filthy and no maid service the entire 3 night stay. Absolutely horrific trip. Would not reccommend this hotel when you can get a way more nice hotel for a cheaper cost in columbus.

Stay here with Peace of mind during COVID
2 queen suite room was huge and spotless, common areas very clean and nicely decorated. Great idea having the toilet in a separate room from the shower. Easy room for the family to stay in. Trundle bed very comfortable. Real mattress, nice touch.

shower water was too hot. my wife was in OSU hospital having surgery. she pre-booked my room since the hospital wasn't allowing family to stay over. we didn't find out until i was at the hotel that we could have gotten a giant discount on the room.
