Amazing resort, well maintained and facilitated, tons of employees however not so efficient, huge rooms . Quite far from city center ( but there are no much alternatives ) One word about the daddy casino: waste of time and money.. small, lousy , and more employees than players. Skip it.

We booked the club room, which entitled us to the club house where between 6-8pm you can have free drinks from good selection of spirits, wines and beers. Every evening we had live singer in the evening,A special shout out to Sangeeta who handled all our requests and queries promptly through WhatsApp. Would highly recommend

The property itself was beautiful but I found the staff were not attentive with me having to prompt them several times. The Grand Hyatt team did their utmost to rectify any issues we had however for a five star hotel it is let down at times by the front line staff.

Not much activities to do. I was expecting much more then just 3 small shops and disappointing restaurants. Beach has no cabanas or beach chairs. My only good experience was the driver Frances. He was awesome and beyond helpful. I will not recommend this property to anyone and will never visit again.

Good property with great amenities but lacks the hospitality which I was expecting. An attentive and friendly staff would have really helped here to improve the overall experience but that was missing. Food at Chulha and Dining Room were okay whereas the in-room dining food quality and service was really good. The SPA services were very good but booking the same was not a great experience.
