After more than 25 years guest and 250-300 payable nights in this Hotel, it was the last time ! Not feel welcome ! All the last times NO attention for early check-in if I wanna pay and rooms are available.

Só fiquei umas horas na parte de tarde descansando entre conexões internacionais. O hotel é ótimo, confortável, limpo, sem barulho, o quarto também. A única observação que eu faria seria que eu senti que os recepcionistas estavam conversando bastante entre si, enquanto eu esperava para ser atendido. Para mim, o cliente na sua frente tem que ser prioridade, e não senti que isso foi o caso no hotel.

Quarto sujo. Móveis e paredes do quarto em mau estado de conservação. Ar condicionado não funcionou. Travesseiros ruins. Toalhas muito velhas. Preços do menu do serviço de quarto/cozinha e restaurante, extremamente elevados.

O nosso quarto estava com os seguintes problemas: torneira com pressão muito forte de água, nós molhando quando a abríamos, a tampa do vaso não ficava na posição vertical, não tinha condicionador no banheiro, duchinha hiegienica vazando. O café da manhã é bom. Queria tomar um café expresso, porém o hotel informou que pela manhã eles não teriam disponibilidade. Tive que sair do hotel e tomar num posto de gasolina.

A empresa onde trabalho, costuma utilizar esse hotel, quando me desloco a trabalho para São Paulo, e tenho observado uma queda na qualidade do hotel. Problemas recorrentes, que um hóspede eventual não se dá conta, para quem se hospeda com mais frequência, saltam aos olhos. Chuveiro que não esquenta, cofre que não funciona, cartão chave que deixa de funcionar durante a estadia, travesseiros horríveis, restaurante com preços elevados, por exemplo.
