On 03/02/2017 I booked 3 rooms in "Artemis Old City Hotel including free car park facilities for our two cars. After booking, I made a call to hotels to confirm that they have car park facilites and they told me that they did have a free car park, which i
s a 5 miniute walk away from the back of the hotel. The Next day we drove 5 hours from Ankara to Istanbul to the hotel. The receptionist gave us three forms to sign and then walked upstairs with us in order to give us the rooms. I asked him for the directions to the free car park, but he told us that there is no free car park and you can pay for the car park at the back of the hotel, which is not linked to the hotel or its deals. I told him we booked the rooms with free car park and he imphasised that there is no car park and if you want I will cancel your rooms. I told him to cancel our reservation and then we immediatly left their hotel, without occupying any room and went to another hotel and paid more to stay there.Then, I immediately called booking .com on the same day and described the matter. The employee told me to hold, whilst he was talking to the hotel manager and the manager told him that we have car park facilities at the back of hotel. However, the manager was not stating the truth as the parking was not owned by their company. when they break a part of this agreement with me this means they overrided their agreement with the customer and legally have to refund the amount but the hotels.com did not refund.
