Not a pleasant stay
The check in took 50 minutes. Room was not as promised when I booked It needs upgrade The bathroom was steaming up and the water did not run out smoothly. Finally on check out I was accused of using the mini bar when I certainly did not .

Staff are efficient but not overly friendly. Check in was extremely slow and delayed. Rooms are good and location is awesome.

Worth staying at.
The roof top bar staff and kitchen staff were excellent. It was my partner's birthday and they surprised us with a cake. Swimming pool not really convenient to hotel and no real bar service at pool. Lifts were busy and often had to wait for them. Overall would recommend as a good location to JBR. On site bars were good.
