Short stay
Very welcoming staff on late night arrival. The room was adequate but tight and the pillows like rubber bricks. We were glad not to be staying more than two nights. Breakfast was good and dinner on our last night was good value for €15 for two! Nice pool area and just across from the beach. Very attractive grounds.

Lovely hotel but disappointing
The hotel is lovely, close to the beach and close enough to the centre and other places. Unfortunately , the condition of the hotel was disappointing. We arrived at 12:30 and had to wait until the 2pm check in time because our room was apparently being cleaned. When we got to our room, it was dusty and looked like it hadn’t cleaned in a while. The bathroom had dust and dirt on the counter and the bathroom floor. There were a lot flies in the room, both dead and alive. I also mentioned that one of the beds looked like it hadn’t been changed. We didn’t take pictures, we were tired and had been travelling most of the day so we stayed and asked for another room the next morning. We were given a room which was much cleaner.You could tell it had been cleaned. The only downfall is that the rooms were cold. When asking for more sheets we had to wait a while and ended up going back to reception to collect them ourselves. I’m glad we didn’t get all inclusive, we ended up having dinner at the hotel on the first night as we were tired. The buffet served a selection of soups, fries, a tasteless paella, veg, meat and fish. It wasn’t the most amazing food. Quite disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was ok. There were some nice options and a variety of fruit and cold cuts. It was nicely displayed but swerving cuttlery were not cleaned regularly. None of the food was served hot so we had to use the microwave a lot.

It was a nice resort. Location was perfect. Rooms very small and the hotel charges for every little thing. (Using the in room safe, towels, etc). Food was not great. I was happy we didn’t do the all inclusive package.

This hotel is really good, clean and smart, great pool and even better staff. location is good and close to the airport. The only problem is, we were on an all-inclusive plan and the food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was pretty bad.. wasn't much of a selection, not hot, poor quality food. which is a big pity as this is really the only area that lets the hotel down.
