Great Property but Poor F&B
Gd location and great services across from the Moment of pick up at the train station. Room is clean and facilities and amenities were good. SPA facilities top-notch with good masseurs. However, found the gym a tad-small but good enough ifthere are no people.
However, all good things above been undone by poor F&B services at restaurants outlets which there was only one main restaurant Jack. This is where breakfast served and they have lunch and dinner for non hotel guest too. The overrated recommended outlet services doesn’t seems to be bothered about breakfast serving to their in-house guest and was keen to be preparing for lunch crowd. (910am) were make to feel hurried and a tact of “racism” was also felt from the treatment by the arrogant Manager. The small incident occur where we told the waitress than we have not finish but she has cleared all plates items without replacing while we have gone to the buffet line. At end of dining, the Manager who was earlier giving instruction and preparing other tables, we requested for our bill but was totally ignored. After 10mins another waitres walk over and ask what do we want - and we answer we would like our bill. And we ask who was the gentlemen, was told that’s the manager he stared wit a disgusted get out look. That’s it - we change all our plans from lunch , dinner and breakfast. As much as it was inconvenience but we ended up discovering a few gems near by like Mille sen, entrecôte and tot et moi the service was great
