Nothing fancy but everything you need!
Dormy Inn is conveniently located near Mishima station. There are several good local restaurants. The in-house breakfast is good. The rooms are clean - we stayed twice for 2 nights each and both of our rooms had nice views of Mt. Fuji. The staff are very nice and accommodating.

I LOVED this hotel. The onsen was amazing, such a little treat. The staff were so friendly. The rooms was bigger than others I've stayed in across Japan on our trip so all in all, i'd highly recommend.
