Don’t stay here
Can’t figure out how this place got anything above average rating. It is run down poorly outfitted and very uncomfortable. The tiles are chipped and grout is dirty. The tv sits on a small wobbly plastic stand and is not visible from the bed. The only place to sit is a plastic table with plastic chairs. The whole room is dingy and sorely needs updating. The kitchen is scary. It is in a good location but that is all that is good. The hot water takes 10 minutes to come up and the shower handle is broken so couldn’t get hot shower. To top it off we got picked out of unit because coded door stopped working and we’re almost late for the appointment we drove 3 hours here to make. I wouldn’t give this over a two star and that is only for location

1st class accommodations at a reasonable price!
Everything was spotless and in excellent conditions. The check in and check out was flawless. Luis guided us through the whole process. He was very efficient at his job! The kitchen had all the necessary cooking tools and the appliances worked well. We were able to enjoy the courtesy bikes to get around. The beach was only a block away, 150 steps away. We were able to go to see a beautiful sunrise. The area was safe and close to markets, shops and restaurants. We would stay here again. We would recommend it!

Nice place to stay near the beach. Mostly I appreciated the understanding and help given around parking issue. The place is clean and as shown in the picture Would go back or recommended to others

Temper expectations, you'll be happy.
A really great location for the beach. Extras like beach towel, chairs, umbrella, provided along with bikes. This stuff is all pretty beat up and not well maintained. This is not a luxury accommodation, but it will do if your expectations are tempered. Location away from crowded part of Broadwalk. Still a bit noisy at night 4 a couple nights on our stay.

Can wait to return
Loved the location, walking distance to everything. Use of their bikes made the Broadwalk even easier to access. Had one issue beyond their control and it was quickly resolved

Very close to beach and eateries on the walkway. House keeping was very kind. For anyone that has any complaints about this hotel, drive down the road and pay 200.00 dollars a day and waste your money 💰 on a over hyped facility.
