Very good
I really like Crystal Beach hotel but this was my first time staying at the beach front and it had roaches. I told the front office to make them aware of the problem and they already knew about it. In my opinion, they should give the customer the opportunity to say if they want to stay with the bugs being in the room or refund them some of their money for the inconvenience.

Good location. The restaurant was closed but it was still advertised in the lobby and in the room. The bathroom door squeaked, didn't stay open and you had to force it closed.
