Clean and cool
This is the cleanest hotel in Tuxtla- during Covid, definitely the place to stay. They had a New Year’s dance the night we stayed and we could barely hear a sound. We will return.

We needed to get away from the floods in a town nearby- honestly, you just cannot find a cleaner hotel anywhere. With Covid and all- that was why we chose this hotel. And why anyone could stay here with complete confidence.

Hilton Garden Inn - Tuxtla Gutierrez, Mexico. Such a nice pool area, especially with the lights in at night. The 24 hr gym has a good selection of equipment. I think my favorite thing about the hotel was a flexible breakfast policy. Unlike most places that shut down breakfast around 10:00, I was able to order mine around noon or later, and have it served at the tables by the pool! I would definitely stay here again.

The coffee maker did not work in our room. Only one bottle of water for two days for two people. The only bottle of water we had got wasted on the coffee maker that did not work.

Great modern hotel in business area
Very nice hotel in the middle of Tuxtla. Shopping is right next door at a mall, restaurants, modern and traditional all around. Excellent service, friendly staff. Rooms very comfortable, great beds. A/C worked great. Shower was very nice. Easy access to transportation, both buses and taxis, and great parking if you have a car. The pool looks great, but we didn't have time for a swim. We had to leave early for airport, so no breakfast, can't rate that. Two minor complaints: First, the bathrooms need better ventilation. We had to prop open the door after a shower to get the steam off the mirror. Not a big deal, but would be nicer if better ventilated. The pillows were extremely squishy. Not firm or thick at all. We like thicker/firmer pillows.
