Very bad experience
It was so disappointing experience staying in this hotel, bathroom was so much bad like water stuck while showering, i checked out a day before my check out date. I left some stuff in drawer by mistake or in frustration and kept calling for that for 4days and still i didn't get proper response. Every time they told me they will call me back and never got response. I really not recommend this place and i won't stay again here.

Mosqiitos Everywhere. Mosquitos in rooms, elevator, breakfast area, lounge area...etc. This is NOT a 5 star hotel. It is a 3 star. Needs MAJOR .....MAJOR ... SUPER MAJOR investment or improvement. New paint, parts of stucco on the walls are falling off, clean area around swimming pool, warm up the pool.....etc. The rooms are outdated by a decade. Stay away.

Unfriendly staff. My Door key did not work as was not properly activated. I asked for non smoking room, floor was stinking with smoke and almost felt like vomiting. Went down to get key activated, and they did it but this time door handle did not work, Not sure if someone was already inside the room or handle was faulty. Lazy unprofessional staff.
