Great place near the Spanish Steps
Great location right above the spanish steps! If the lift is working it's a 5 min walk from the nearest train station, if not you have to climb up the steps, but the room + breakfast was worth the exercise. Staff were generally very attentive and helpful, breakfast spread was great! Would definitely stay again if we're back in Rome

Great Hotel.
Lovely small hotel in a quiet street near the Spanish Steps. Our room was a good size with a very comfy bed, good storage and a very clean en suite. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. If I return to Rome I will book this hotel again.

Stay there, don’t eat there
I was happy with everything EXCEPT the breakfast staff. The daytime front desk crew is amazing. Stefano was very helpful and courteous. I didn’t get the other daytime guy’s name. He was awesome as well. Thank you both for helping find my way around Rome. So back to the breakfast staff. The first day I used the dining room, no one came for 10-15 minutes to check for guests. I could hear the staff laughing and what sounded like clinking coffee cups. On day 2, when I entered the doctor dining room, 6 out of the 7 tables were filthy. There was a man eating at the 7th. Once again it took about 10-15 minutes for someone to come into the room. I stood and had small talk with the guy. The waiter who finally came cleaned a table only for me. This meant that now me and the other guest is now sitting in a room filled with dirty dishes. In other words, the waiter would only clean a table when another guest arrived. I think I ate there four times and I had a bad experience all four days. I’m going to recommend this hotel because it is walking distance to everything, but I do not recommend that you eat there.
