I was due to arrive in Manila from Australia to meet my Filipino wife and have a honeymoon at your hotel however when my wife arrived at your hotel she was informed that your hotel was a Covid hotel only and that she would have to look elsewhere for accommodation and I’ve wasted my money thank you

The property was okay but the main issue we had is that there is no telephone provided in the hotel room. It was hard to communicate with the concierge without phone.

I was shocked when I entered the hotel room. It was a three star hotel so I was expecting to be a descent room. But when I saw the hotel room, it was filthy the floor was slippery the edges or corners dirty, pillow cases are old and same with the dovet cover. There are no hand towels or face towels, the bath towels smells so bad that I have to call the front desk for replacement. My quarantine room after my 10 days quarantine is way much more better than red planet. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone who comes home in the Philippines. My partner also was surprised to see the condition of the hotel. All in all my experience in the hotel was bad and the only good thing in this hotel are the friendly front desk.
