The property is spacious and our 3 bedroom condo was big and clean. I loved having a full kitchen to cook in, and the soaking bath tub was a nice addition. I had read previous reviews about the time share pitch being pushy but it was only mentioned to us once at check in and then not again. They did text to check on us several times to make sure we were happy and everything was to our satisfaction. When we have a tv go out, they were quick to come fix it. They even called again after it was fixed to make sure everything was still working. The location was great and only a few mins from Colonial Williamsburg. We would gladly stay again.

Comfortable stay
The only negative was the pushy sales pitch at check-in. The condo had everything we needed. It was a good home base in Williamsburg.

The property is highly secure and quiet. The rooms are spacious. The check-in process was far too lengthy and our room was not ready in a timely manner. The decor is tasteful but dated. The experience was good overall.

Generally good but pull out bed not made up, urine
The property was very clean and surrounding areas kept up well. Check in was alright, but could have been quicker. The suite was basic but nice and generally clean. Biggest issues: the patio was not cleaned off of leaves and spider webs, and the pull out couch was not made up at all--showing a really gross urine stain on the mattress.

great family vacation
The grounds were great and the units were clean and spacious. We used the pools, which are large and clean and also played mini golf which was fun. As it is a timeshare place, they do take a hard sell approach and bother you often if you refuse to "accept any of their gifts", just to be aware. The check in process is longer due to the fact that it is a timeshare place. Overall, it was a great place to spend with extended family.
