Comfortable but need some upgrades
The hotel is very well maintained. Cleanliness and amenities are excellent. However, there are rooms for improvement given that this is a relatively old hotel. for examples, the lightings in the rooms are dark, some corners in the bathrooms need to be re-painted or remodeled, some towels are wearing out. The hotel has a restaurant which provides excellent services and food too. In overall, hotel staffs including the receptions are very friendly and helpful. I will most likely come back to stay here if their rate remains competitive.

Really awful room and hallway smell caused me to have runny nose and cough for days after our stay. The staff were nice and accommodating and moved us to a different room but the room still had a bad smell. I would not stay here again.

Everyone was so accommodating! From the wait staff in the hotel café, to the front desk and housekeeping! Everyone made sure we enjoyed our stay! Prime location too as it was in the business district of the city so shopping and dining were a stone’s throw away. Will definitely book this hotel again on future trips!
