very reasonable price in Winter to stay there, a bit hard to find the reception, in the google map and apple map still hard to find the reception. other than that good place to stay.

The location is fabulous. The people, views and the room were wonderful. However, the Wifi did not work, and neither did the TV. We were told it would come back on it’s own. It didn’t. We were told it would be fixed the next day. It wasn’t. We asked for a credit for the lack of those facilities and were offered lesser rooms much further away and with nowhere near the same views. We declined and were given some beers and tea instead.

Everything with the hotel is good except the porter asked to pay him $5 Euro when we check out. Upon arrived there were 2 porter help to carry our luggage to our room free but when check out one porter asked to pay him so we paid. It should be free service for porter to bring our luggage as the hotel need to walk a distance away with many steps to climb from the reception counter.

AWESOME location
AWESOME place to stay in Oia, Santorini. Unfortunately not suitable for people with walking disabilities. We stayed for 5 nights and we were amazed from the moment we got there. Awesome view, no better than waking up in the morning, opening the door and see the incredible and relaxing view (WAY BATTER THAN WHAT YOU SEE IN PICS). From this location you can see the sunset while you relax in the patio. Super recommended.

The property was AMAZING!! it is far enough from all of the tourists that you are not overwhelmed by them, and it is on the side of the island where the sun sets so it is simply magical!! I would definitely recommend taking advantage of the "help with bags" option that they offer at check-in. The stairs are steep and are a good workout without carrying luggage. But they have very nice gentlemen that will carry your bags to the door. I would suggest a good tip for these guys, it is not easy! But once you are there, you will not want to leave! Get up early and see the city, the tourist busses start to arrive at about 9am, then the city is flooded. Get up at 7am, see the city in peace and enjoy your day in this wonderful villa!

I booked fhe honeymoon suite for (obviously) my honeymoon and thought we would have a private pool and window view of the sea from our room. However upon being brought to our room, we realised we got a cave room that has no view of the outside save the front door and no pool unless your room has "(cave pool)" specified. There is an outdoor area with table, chairs and lounge chairs but it was not what we expected from the photos on the website. We were under the impression that the room would have windows that led to the open view and a pool. I was a little worried since some reviews said that some of the rooms were facing the other side of the island and wouldnt have the sunset view. We tried to stay positive that at least our room was right by the blue dome but in the end, realised that we weee peobably in the background of most of the scenic sunset shots that people were taking. Also, there were constantly people entering our area despite there being a gate indicating 'private property'. So it was a constant battle to our room and a few times really irritated me when the non resident tried to stop me from entering because they were getting the perfect shot and continued to spew words at us in her native language despite us telling them we stay here. Absolutely abhorrent people. Hope the management would consider more secure gates or caed access to prevent non residents from entering as it also felt unsafe that anyone could have entered the property without any security.
