The hotel and staff were all very good as was the waitress and food. The only downfall was one very loud gent in the bar area. very loud and used far too much bad language. with three ladies in the food area he should have known better.

We turned up, there was no problem checking in, the staff were friendly, but the room was terrible, there was dust along the top of the bed, there was dust all alone the head end of the mattress.
There was staines on the table and looked like leaking radiator and also could not turn off radiator it was boiling we had to leave and find another hotel, very disappointing not up to hotels.com standards

The room was disgusting and smelt bad. I walked out after 5 minutes and had to pay for an alternative hotel.
