Overall it's a beautiful place, mattresses were a little uncomfortable, bathrooms need a little updated. Employees were very nice and friendly and helpful. Will come back and recommended to friends.

Good
Nice location- very old rooms
The location is absolutely spectacular. If you’re looking to simply get away and relax, this place is it. The rooms are very old and not upkept. The toilet was leaking and the bathroom in general looked like a cheap motel. The jacuzzi was scorching hot and had a heavy bleach smell. I would stay here again because I just love the location and can deal with the hotel condition. Hope they upgrade it once the pandemic is over.

Amazing views and stay!
My stay was great and peaceful i really enjoyed it there . The only flaw was the room seemed a bit older so the fixtures seemed dirty, the hair dryer didnt work, the water in the shower was at a cold temperature not really hot. However, the bed was comfy, pillows were cozy and the service was great. The food was also amazing with a great view.

Fair
When we got to our room about 11pm, the room had a dead roach and the tub was filthy ... had a ring of dirt. We tried calling the front desk several time right after we got there and no one picked up. The next day we tried to check out as we didn’t want to stay in a room with a disgusting bathroom, we were told we couldn’t get a refund for our second day ..... which we weren’t happy about ... later a Manager upgraded us to another room, that room was clean.

Beach resort
The parking is a bit far from the rooms and also I had a cooler with wheels on it with ice and I had to carry up the stairs it would be nice if you had a drive on ramp like handicap wheelchairs to roll up to the second and third floors

The property has very goos views and amenities. The Maya and Tikal rooms are good and comfortable. But the Palenque rooms on second floor could use some help or updating. Specially the bathrooms. Security is very good and great safe place
