Perfect ski weekend
We had an amazing experience at the Schweizerhof Hotel. From the fantastic service to the delicious food and cocktails, and from the beautifully appointed rooms to the convenient amenities (such as ski rentals and spa), the hotel was truly the perfect home base for a long ski weekend in Zermatt. wonderful hotel
Stayed for two nights and needed to switch rooms after the first night because we stayed in an attic type room with low ceilings which was not for someone tall like myself. But they were very accommodating and helpful in moving our luggage to the new room when we were out visiting the Matterhorn. When booking the room, you are listed with them at a certain price, I needed to pay an upgrade fee to get a room on the higher floor with a view of the Matterhorn but it was worth it.

It was just perfect vacation. Hotel located 2 minutes of walk from train station. The staff was very kind and breakfast was excellent. Hotel is in the Main Street and lots of good restaurants and shopping. I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel and loved Swiss hospitality Hotel has also one of the best sauna facility.
