Hotel was clean, except for the pools. Waterfalls at pools weren't working either. Loved the cabanas on the beach and the restaurant overlooking the beach. Buffet was more like a Golden Corral buffet and no view of beach/ocean. Rooms were very clean and staff always helpful

STAY AWAY
RUN..... Hotel check-in is old school, index cards. Food is terrible and repetitive. Poor customer service, and the drinks were watered down with no flavor. It would've been nice to have had a decent drink to forget about the bad food, service and accommodations. When checking in, there was an older gentlemen complaining, He was asking for maintenance to replace his lamp shades in his suite, which at that point should have been my first clue to run. I paid for an extra night before arriving, as I was traveling on the red eye and wanted to secure my rooms(2) would be ready when I arrived at 7:00 a.m. and not have to wait until 3:00pm check-in time. Well guess what, they did not have my rooms ready, yet they took my money for the night before and still waited until 3:00 pm to check in. Meanwhile they accommodated us (4) in one single room which was poorly upkept (see photos below, now I understand why the older gentlemen wanted maintenance to replace). Our reserved rooms had telephones that did not work, we could not call for room service or maintenance issues, and the air conditioning was poorly cooling. A good cup of coffee would have also eased the blow of this poorly managed hotel, but I couldn't even get that. The coffee machines in the room are useless and the outcome was disgusting. This is my version of short & sweet. All inclusive....as nice as it sounds was the worst experience ever. Don't waist your time or money.

Rundown place save your money!
What a poor experience. During the check in process the hotel will demand you give them $200 USD for deposit and then they will pocket it, and magically say they don’t have it during checkout. This place is very run down and the food is disgusting. The hotel agent told me to give him $80 for a early check in fee also and kept that. The room balcony door would not close. The sheets had bodily fluids on them very unsanitary. The room itself has mold on the walls, the bed was broken. The room was very dirty not sanitary. The room service itself was cold and disgusting, the burger wasn’t real it was a plant burger and the pizza was on pita bread. None of the restaurants stayed open late past 9pm. Couldn’t get a drink after 7pm not enough variety of bars. This place is very very run down. I actually could not stay and when I explained all of this to hotel staff they were not accomidating. They would not send anyone to fix anything in the room. They told me the hotel was 100% capacity when it wasn’t. The hotel itself made me sick I had to leave the same day I got there due to the mold on the walls. This place is very run down, the food is horrific by far worse than McDonald’s for an all inclusive I do not recommend.

The buffet is very limited for all meals, not a lot of options for meals. The resort next to this will cover all the pool area and there is all shade , no sun after like 2 pm . You pretty much have to go to the beach area if you want to get some sun. The activities were very hidden, most of the time we didn’t know what was going on, the workers not really advertise the activities. The buffet area had some weird dress code , they didn’t allow my husband into the buffet area because he was wearing a cutoff shirt so he had to go change but you have women in their bathing suit, see through coverup and that’s not an issue.
