It was clean but outdated. The lobby has been upgraded but the rooms have not. Dark carpet. The mattress had an indention to sleep in:( Again, the staff was friendly and it was clean. Parking was a pain. deadend parking row and I ended up having to park at the Springhill next door since there weren't many spaces.

I liked that the suite had everything but some hand lotion, which usually all hotels have. Also advertised hot breakfast, but only a cold breakfast (better than nothing). I did like free HBO TV. Watched a good movie. Also, even though it was a good place to stay, I will never stay here again because there is NO DOOR on the bathroom sink area, except for the shower area. Why do hotels not put a door on their bathrooms. If your a early riser (like I am) there is no where to go and fix your hair or have a cup of coffee (since there is not door) without waking the other person in the room.

I was traveling with 2 babies and from the very start the staff was so considerate. The front desk attendant made sure I had milk for my infant and even made sure I had a bottom floor room. At breakfast they were both grumpy and a different attendant gave each one a small toy and was very gentle and did not make me feel like a burden. Above and beyond service and will definitely stay here again because of that.
