Once in a Lifetime Trip
Grounds are beautiful and you are treated like royalty from the moment you enter the hotel. You receive an orientation and you do receive calls to check in on how you are doing. There is no need to leave the grounds since there are a few restaurants to pick from on-premise. Short walk to Cong is you want to check out the Quiet Man bar. We stayed two days and wish it was longer.

Disappointing. I stayed at this property about 8 years ago and remembered the service was impeccable. That is why I returned. Unfortunately it has lost a great deal of its quality and service you would expect for $750 per night room. Only about half of the employees were friendly and pleasant the others didn’t seem to care much about providing service. You need to make reservations for the indoor pool which I found unusual. We opted to eat at the casual dining restaurant which was the only positive and enjoyable experience there. Our waitress was amazing. The room was small. Nothing in the mini bar is free, which was sad because you are paying a premium to stay there. On the previous night we stayed at a different 5 star hotel that gave us free beer, sodas, and endless water. Breakfast was horrible, my food came out soggy. They used to have a wonderful buffet 8 years ago but now you can only order from a menu and your options are limited. I would say this hotel this is more of a 4 star hotel, not luxury at all. The icing on the cake was when they loaded our luggage into the car and told us where it was parked so we could walk to it in the rain, they didn’t drive it to us.
