The room was relly stink on arrival. Smelly and sheets haven't been washed for a long time. Was told that blanket was washed 2 months ago. The room was really cold and heat was turned on for like only 3 hours from 8pm. The stair case was a difficult task due to design and low atmospheric pressure in the region. We were assigned the third floor. Expedia charged 5000inr for this room, it was learnt from hotel personnel that that room goes for 1500inr. So we were charged over 3 times the price by expedia. The ratings on expedia was 4.5 out of 5, this is the reason i went for it. Other sites had the true rating as 1.5 out of 5. Expedia really sold me crap this time. I was totally disappointed and will not recommend this property.

Descent place for the money paid. Manager was helpful when around. Breakfast tollerable. Location ok, but not great. You get what you pay for... Had to ask for soap and TP.
