    Comfortable stay, poorly executed COVID

    The stay was great, but the COVID excused breakfast was garbage. We were there for 4 nights and the breakfast was the exact same every day: Cheap muffins, frozen waffles that you’re supposed to cook in a microwave so they just turn in to a soggy mess, and cereal. For a normal continental breakfast being warm and well cooked with eggs, real waffles, toast, sausages, etc, it was a sorry excuse for a social distancing replacement. If you stay during covid, don’t plan on getting breakfast at the hotel.

    Vending machines overpriced!

    The stay was fine but I purchased a soda out of a vending machine. Prices were not listed and you can’t tell how much anything costs. I pulled up my credit card online and found out it was $6.00 for a soft drink!!

    It was a great stay other than the fact the staff kicked us out because some one had busted the window in are room from the outside. You can clearly tell from CCTV and the fact it's a multiple layered glass. Plus why would I go outside and try and bust my window to the hotel? He was so disrespectful.

    Beautiful grounds, extraordinary staff, bad beds..

    Grounds were well kept, staff were absolutely amazing. I booked an ADA accessible room, called to confirm that and didn’t find out it was on the fifth floor as far from the elevators as you could get until we arrived. My husband was told it had a roll in shower (it was an accesible tub) and the bed was horribly uncomfortable. Staff and ground Can only get so far.

    Wonderful place to stay

    Short stay to visit a friend. Very clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. My only problem was with the pillows when I slept that night. Very different from my own so I had a slight headache. Other than that I was extremely happy with my stay.

    Very poor check-in.

    While the room was impeccable, the employee at the counter was very much sub-par, and I am not a demanding customer. She asked the customer before me if he needed water, but didn't ask me (I didn't, but that's besides the point). Then "Do you have any questions?" but without first giving details about breakfast, parking, or anything else at all, as we usually get when checking in. Later we found that the sofa bed was not ready even though we had reserved for three adults. I called the front desk and that same employee told me, without having any time to verify, that my reservation didn't show three adults (it does!) but that they have linen and pillows at the desk. I went down to get them and the same employee was checking in other customers and asked them if they needed a parking ticket, something she had not asked me (we needed one!). Let me say that she was very polite and cheerful, but she doesn't understand her job, whether she was poorly trained or just doesn't get it, not something I can determine. I have never had such a poor check-in at this kind of relatively high level hotel, it was incredibly amateurish and annoying, especially the lie about my reservation not showing three adults. I am not impressed at all!!!
