There is good and bad about this hotel. Good: it is in the countryside with great views, the staff are generally friendly and helpful and there is free breakfast and free parking outside. Visiting the Monastery is a 15 minute walk downhill along the road. Bad: the room was quite small and so was the bathroom. The shower seemed to take forever to get hot water and the shower curtain leaked which meant the floor got wet. Rather disappointingly, dinner did not start until 8:45pm which might be a Spanish thing but we were starving! Having said that, the food was excellent and the breakfast, although Continental, had a good choice. Overall I think we would stay there again and if they could sort out the hot water and shower curtain, it would improve the quality.
