Great location for Agios Nikolaos
We stayed at the Ariadne for 5 nights on a B & B basis and in a superior double room. The room was clean and functional with good wardrobe and luggage space (often missing nowadays). There are two pools at the hotel, one where the entertainments team are based and this is all in French as almost all residents come from France. other reviews mentioned this was a bit loud and frenetic and it can be but there is also a lower pool which is more quiet and, although the beds get taken by around 10am, suited us better. There is on-site parking, appreciated as we had a hire car. The buffet for breakfast was fairly basic but enough choice to find something to eat. Masks and gloves were worn inside the restaurant collecting food, not seated. There is also a small beach in front of the hotel where you can swim, very few chairs there and we never established if these were paid or free. The water was clear enough to snorkel but note beach shoes are an advantage as its a pebble beach. About 10 minutes walk takes you to a larger sandy beach with more chairs and some watersports. We didn't eat in the hotel but there's a nice cafe bar 'Votsalo' by the beach with lovely views, a nice popular family tavern 'Gargadoros' right at the entrance to the hotel and another next to this 'Meltemi' which has cheap draft beer and a good menu, again friendly. 10-15 minutes walk takes you to the marina area and then the lake in Agios where there are many highly rated restaurants

Un séjour vraiment sympa !
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel très confortable et au personnel accueillant. Les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés et ont participé à toutes les animations grâce a l incroyable dynamisme et la gentillesse des animateurs. Un seul hic nous ne sommes pas passés par marmara et du coup il y a eu quelques contrariétés concernant la restauration des lors que nous n étions pas en all inclusive. Par exemple au moment des spectacles du soir le fait de ne pas avoir de bracelet all inclusive ne nous permettait pas d accéder au bar même pour acheter des boissons. Par ailleurs au niveau du restaurant quand vous êtes en demi pension et non en all inclusive marmara les boissons sont en plus (y compris l eau filtrée en libre service …). C est le seul commentaire un peu négatif que je ferais. Pour le reste c était parfait. Nous avons adoré et personnellement je ne suis pas fan de modèle club. J ai pu m isoler sur la petite plage de galets juste en bas de l hôtel. L eau est merveilleuse et le paysage magnifique.

Etape de 3 nuits dans notre circuit. Hôtel agréable mais attention c'est un hotel fram -Tui donc il n'a que des français avec une animation assez bruillante si vous ne voulez pas y participer. Le buffet est quelconque (plutôt de la cuisine de masse). Par contre il y a un petit bar très sympa juste en face de l'hôtel.

attention il s agit du club marmara !! non precise dans l annonce. meme si le personnel et sympa vous arriver dans jn hotel de tousirme de masse !!!! des bus entier de touristes et c est parti: tout est blinde, bruillant, activité de club ... tout ce qu on deteste. aucun charme, chambre nettoyer approximativement, nourriture de quantine. de plus, rapport qualite prix mauvais. a éviter!
