Worst Hotel and worst support from hotels.com
Hotelier denied our stay that was pre-booked 2 months in advance for 3 days . On reaching hotel we got to know that hotel didn't received any booking request from hotels.com .On contacting hotels.com no support was provided to us and we kept waiting for there reply. Finally after staying on roads for 8 hours we booked a hotel from other website which was too costly as Goa hitels were fully sold out on new year Eve. Worst support from hotels.com team , will suggest users to go for MakeMyTrip or GoIbibo for there bookings.
