I stayed here recently and my experience was terrible. The only decent thing about this hotel was its wifi, but it was evident for me that I got very lucky with that.
The staff was awful, not helpful, hardly spoke English, and rude. My room was right by reception, and it was consistently loud until 4 AM every night. The room was disgusting, looking like it hadn't been properly cleaned in months, and the bed was rock hard. For a hotel with 4 stars and charging what they do, I expected better.
It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach, with some decent coffee shops nearby.
DONT pay for breakfast. It's 200 rupees/day, but you can easily go to a shop and get a cappuccino/eggs/toast for that, rather than paying their fee and getting lukewarm coffee and plain toast.
