Outstanding service in a beautiful hotel
It is a memorable experience in Srinagar to have stayed in Hotel Mirage. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. People are extremely friendly. In spite of the devastating flood we had to face, we were always comfortable.

Overpriced hotel with poor amenities
I saw a very good review about the hotel and decided to stay during my visit to Srinagar. The rooms are definitely very much overpriced. The food is very expensive. The complementary breakfast provided is pathetic . All the time during daytime , there is noise of drilling work and masonry work happening close to your room and the hotel management is not apologetic or did not even have the courtesy to inform about the maintenance work happening . There was no one in the reception area the day I had to check out at 6 AM. No receptionist , no manager was in sight. I had informed the manager that I would be leaving the next day early morning. I thought I would miss my flight . With great difficulty and waiting for 35 minutes , had to make multiple phone calls and search all over the hotel area, could find someone who could check me out. Not at all recommended. Stay away.
