Terrible service
Very disappointing for a Leela hotel. Very poor front desk service. Charged extra on check a tip was added to the room charge that they then refunded ( not seen on my credit card statement as yet) . Then insist on charging a Rs 1500 supplement for a second person in the room, this is despite explaining to them that the room was booked for 2 people and was paid accordingly. Not to mention the tap water in the room has mud in it. There were other incidents that just made our stay very unpleasant. Will not be going back to this Leela
