Lovely staff, and lovely hotel
This was my second time staying, the room this time was not the same standard as my first stay however was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location and overall a lovely hotel. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The shower was difficult to get the right temperature and if you don’t want to use the rainfall shower, there was nowhere to place the other shower head. Was an accessible room and whilst I didn’t need this type of room, it had no features that would be suitable ie handrail, bath mat. Perhaps would have been something they offered. This aside I would stay again, however request a room that I stayed in the first time.

Great place to stay, minutes from Bayswater tube and Hyde Park with good local shops and cafes. Highly recommend, spotlessly clean and very attentive staff team. Super comfortable bed and a window that opened for fresh air so near to the park.

Very good!
Had a really lovely stay, great location, hotel is very nicely finished and the room was decorated beautifully. All the staff are very helpful and nice. The hot water pressure in our shower wasn’t great which is the only negative point I can think of. Overall it’s fantastic value for the location and quality of the hotel
