The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was clean and simplistic but dated (especially the mattress), it does look as though they are slowly updating things one thing at a time. The A/C worked well. Limited T.V entertainment (2 channels),no access to platforms such as Netflix etc.

Até o momento achei as acomodações boas, más necessitam de manutenção urgente. Quarto com manchas de umidade, banheiro sem ventilação e chuveiro descentralizado, jogando água na parede, vaso sanitário sem ducha higiênica, luzes fracas, móveis do quarto descascando, com sinal de desgaste avançado, cortinas e janelas necessitam de manutenção. Ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, televisão com o básico, cama boa, falta telefone no quarto e cabeceira na cama Box.

Fiquei no quarto 709 depois no 704 as janelas dos dois quartos batendo demais devido aos ventos , e por último pedir uma janta pelo aplicativo, quando fui pedir talher pra jantar disseram que tinha acabado achei um absurdo, então se eu tivesse pedido no restaurante do hotel tinha ??? Mais como foi pelo aplicativo não tinha , outros hotéis que fiquei sempre diponibilizavam talher e pratos

O hotel é ótimo mais precisa ter mais organização no elevador tipo no horário do café deixar um elevador disponível para hóspedes e o outro para funcionario, não estou desmerecendo os funcionários e ser melhor do que eles não; só quero da uma dica pra melhorar o horário durante o café e pra ninguém não ficar esperando... O atendimento dos funcionários são todos gentil e compreensível. E também não gostei do quarto que fui transferido a tv não tem smart e j ar-condicionado pecimo.

Cama era confortável, café da manhã com várias opções… área da piscina muito top, porém a limpeza de quarto péssima.
