The hotel staff were very nice and welcoming. The location was close to the station and if you're taking a midnight bus to the Haneda airport, the bus stop is right across the street. Safe neighborhood and convenient, would stay here again if I come back.

Close to subway station, but very loud
We got a smoking room, which really stank of cigarettes. The hotel is located next to a fire station, so every night we woke up from sirens. The hotel is really close to the subway station.
