Perfectly located

Overall a good experience. The location was ideal, just a 5 min walk to the Thames and far enough from the hustle and bustle. Staff were nice and polite, bar food was lovely. We were told on check in we had been upgraded to a city view which was a nice surprise However the room was basic and a bit tired. Not what I would’ve expected given the decor of the foyer.
