Hotel Soleil Pacifico

Good for weekends or short stays-which is the main purpose of the hotel. We needed a place to stay for a week due to work. As a result of Covid19 room cleaning was done upon request. Laundry service was on time, no issues, and had to be collected at the lobby. Had breakfast everyday at 7am, never tried any other meal. Fruits most of the times were a bit underripe or not sweet. Eggs a la carte or central American breakfast were always available. Gardens are kept clean and tidy all the time, but the gardener usually started at 5am to blow the leaves-get some earplugs. Music entertainment on weekends until late at night, so either join or get earplugs.

It was beautiful. The pool was really nice albeit very warm from the sun. The pool has a swim up bar which was awesome but the drinks are expensive. I liked the ceviche that I ordered from the menu but the buffet was $30 and it wasn’t good. Also I was sad because Expedia advertised the location as having two jacuzzi’s but when I arrived one had cold water and the other was drained when I asked the front desk if they can heat up the water they said no. Bummer.

The furniture is very old. The room doesn't feel comfortable.

Los felicito por el excelente desayuno, accesibilidad para silla de ruedas y carruaje para BB, dispensadores de Agua caliente que tambien use para preparar el biberón de mi BB y las habitaciones estaban espectaculares y muy limpias, además la atención del personal también fue excelente. Sin embargo no me gusto que las camas de playa tuvieran en tan mal estado los colchones, tampoco me gusto que habiendo tanto personal de mantenimiento hubieran partes de los caminamientos y áreas comunes con tantas hojas hojas secas. El menú de restaurante me parecio muy bien, pero me hubiera gustado que hubiera un menu diferente para la cena con algo más tradicional, pues tuve que salir del hotel a cenar a otro lugar ya que el menu que me ofrecieron fue el mismo del almuerzo y como ultima recomendación deberían de prohibir que la gente ingrese a las instalaciones de las habitaciones con ropa mojada, pues el piso de los elevadores estaba muy sucio de lodo por la misma gente que ingresa sin haberse secado completamente y eso que habían suficientes toallas en cada habitación para secarse bien al salir de la piscina.

It is a good option at this beach; however, at least a bottle of water, or coffeemaker in the room would be nice.

Great place

we enjoyed that small water park area for the kids. the pool closest to us was not cleaned initially; we did not have a washer/dryer unit in the bungalow. Our dishwasher was not attached to the counter and we would have to make sure that when we opened the door, the trays would not handle spill its contents to the floor. the staff did not clean the kitchen at all which was very different than any other place we have stayed. the hot tub in the back needed to always be drained and cleaned. there was no filter.
