Modern, beautiful hotel in great location
The pool is so much nicer than the photos with a beautiful view out over the city and also up into the sky with the luscious greenery of the hotel in view. The facilities are fantastic but the rooms are designed very poorly. Not a lot of space to put bags, light switch’s are not convenient and the massive sliding bathroom door is ridiculously cumbersome and loud. That being said we would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful Hotel in a Great Location
Beautiful hotel in a great location next to Chinatown. A 5 minute walk to the Chinatown MTR station and the ChinaTown Point Mall behind the hotel. The mall has a nice Starbucks, a Singtel to purchase a 1 week cellular and internet package, lots of ATMs (including Citibank on the second floor), a grocery store and 2 drug stores in the basement. Buy a tourist MTR card at any 7-11. Very well equipped exercise room.

This is one of the most impersonal hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s massive but has limited staff and is impractically designed. The minibar was locked, meals (including room service) needs to be paid immediately.
