Awesome Hotel
very good location, the hotel is in Siam road ,Siam is a center place in Bangkok, All Good shopping malls are just adjacent to this Hotel. The main Advantage of this hotel is this it is just below the Bts sky train station,so you can go anywhere in city through this sky train ,The best part of hotel is Good conectivity for otherplaces. The other main thing you will get good hotel in very less price. i love this hotel ....

Comfortable base for Siam Square area.
We spent 3 days at the hotel last week of May and were out most of the day. Staff we interacted with were great, very helpful and accommodating - especially the bell hops. Rooms reasonably comfortable and location is great if you are into shopping and easy transit options. Terrace pool and views were fantastic as was the option to spend time there after checkout! Breakfast not being included was a little bit of a drag - but there is a coffee shop "A journey" a few steps away that was a good option and the Ibis lobby downstairs had options too. One thing that was not up to the mark was the bathroom shower in the room was slimy.

Pleasant but needs improvement.
Experience was generally pleasant but we felt that language was indeed a barrier as we found that the concierge wasn’t really able to answer all our questions and sometimes we did not fully understand what they were trying to say. The concierge also gave some wrong information of attractions. E.g. we asked for the opening hours of the Indy Night Market and was given the wrong timing. The shower cubicle also had poor drainage due to poor design of the outlet so there would always be “ponding” after showering. The cocktail at the pool bar was definitely less than satisfactory.
