Cute little hotel in Merida. A little further than some other hotels but in a quiet and safe area. The staff and friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are outdated but the water pressure is good. The TVs have Netflix when you just need time to relax.

The best part of this hotel are the photos ,great photographer .The hotel is actually seedy and smells of stale humidity for lack of maintanence . The breakfast consist of a delicious coffee and stale microwaved bread. The fruits are good I will never go back or recommend this hotel

On the move
We stayed at this property for two weeks during our move to Mexico. We had 11 suitcases so needless to say the room was too small with all these belongings. However, the staff, the breakfast and the location were great. We have stayed here before and were pleased to be back.

I loved this little hotel. It is every bit as nice as the online pics suggest, with all of the character that you would want from a boutique hotel. It is close to the plaza, restaurants, shops, etc. The room was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Merida!

Koox es un hotel en una excelente ubicación, pero en mi opinión necesita mucho mantenimiento, tuvimos que movernos de habitación casi a media noche por que no había nada de agua caliente, a la sig habitación que nos cambiaron tuve una ducha muy buena con agua caliente pero al día siguiente por la mañana no. Es algo que pudieran mejorar.
