Stylish boutique hotel.
Hotel was very nice. Service was excellent. Massimo was very attentive and caring. Hotel is staffed only part of the day which could be a negative for some guests. Hotel is very small. Great location.

Wonderful boutique hotel
This small hotel is in the center of everything. Our room was very quite. we had a lovely breakfast every morning in a room overlooking the opera house. The hotel staff are exceptional and their attention to detail is excellent. The room we had is exactly as pictured. The hotel secured our travel arrangements for our stay in Sicily. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we return to Palermo.

Recently open, next to splendid Massimo Theater and within walking distance to major sites to visit. Bus stop one minute away. Airport pick-up available and recommended for a fee. Comfortable room, with luxury amenities. Balcony and noise proof. Excellent bio breakfast. On top of all, kind and discreet staff.

Horrible.
Horrible experience! with the front desk staff and also with the room. Make sure not to book the single room in the side building because that is some depressing room with the window opening to elevator shaft. Tiny, smelly and seriously depressing. Had a couple of requests from the front desk, it may be the language barrier but, the reaction I got was rather rude.. The neighborhood is amazing, the hotel is very well located but if you have to stay at the very center, maybe look somewhere else...
