Just ok. Pool and hot tub were disappointing.
Our stay, was just OK mostly because the pool and hot tub area was a huge disappointment and one of the main reasons we booked here. The water slide was good but the pool want filled enough.The hot tub wasn’t much warmer than the pool and the Jets were not working…. STILL! Apparently, this has been an ongoing problem. Most disappointing were the hair ties and miscellaneous bits of garbage strewn about the pool deck which remained there our entire three day stay. Also, during our three days, the beds were never made nor the sheets replaced. The Keurig coffee dispenser was never replenished and the room not cleaned. The water pressure in the room is almost nonexistent, and the temperature only lukewarm. Why have bathtubs if the water isn’t warm enough to soak in one? It seems like management is trying to save money while still charging over $200 a night to stay. The TV was very small and very slow to operate. The room was way to hot and hard to regulate the temperature. Unfortunately you couldn’t open the windows. Breakfast was pretty good with scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. If that’s all you care about then stay here, but if you’re there to soak in the hot tub while the kids go down the waterslide, you’ll be disappointed. It could’ve been a lot worse but it wouldn’t take much on managements part to make it much better. They’re fortunate to have the waterslide and hot tub. Too bad they can’t make the latter work properly

The beds were rock hard and not 1 or the 4 of us got any sleep! The jets didn't work on the hot tub, the slide was closed, the tv cliched and couldn't rent movies and then to top it off the breakfast was slimy and gross!

The property was okay in terms of location. First room we got smelled atrocious and the cards given for the door did not work. Second room the cards for door didn’t work and the front staff were not friendly or helpful.
